★ What consist clients’ trust?
1) on their own judgment
Try to understand from the clients’ perspective, looking at the person or message in front, can they trust what they are looking at? on the safety of payment, quality, delivery etc., Luckily, if they are recommended by their friends, they may start cooperation without hesitation, If a complete new contact, they will try many ways to learn about the company, by website, social media or even some governmental data, finally decide to give it a try after an integrated study and consideration with hesitation
2) on you
A client you never meet, they put a payment into your account, even a small payment you should appreciate, it is trust, I do believe you will cherish and work harder to make everything right by every single step carefully
3) on the quality
Quality is the lifeblood, what you will do in the order process? Make clear contract with all the details addressed to the client? Confirm the material and pre-production before mass production? Check status in the process with photos or videos reported rather than at the end of project? Inspect before shipping with your strict standard? Otherwise who takes the result at loss and time consuming? the clients and your company
4) on the delivery
A proper schedule is so critical, sometimes, there is enough time for production and shipping, while maybe you pay less attention to the orders in the whole process, when you realize, it is too late to catch and ship on schedule, then you go back to the client and say sorry, they get angry, sometimes you feel too scared to inform the client, the situation gets worse. Making everybody embarrassed, and you have to pay higher air or express cost
Schedule properly, follow tightly to make sure everything smooth, If anything unexpected happens, working on it right away and go back to the clients with solutions, you can get through it together.
5) on how you take the responsibility when there are issues
We can’t avoid problems, while it is not the worst thing, the worst is nobody takes the responsibility, but you have to face it, it is your responsibility. If it is quality problem, fix it or reorder, if it is delivery problem, even any faster way cost is higher, you need to take and guarantee it arrives on time. Anyhow you have to face it actively rather than disappear or keep quiet
